Terms & Conditions for Home delivery of Medicines

Free home delivery for orders of Rs.500/- and above & for orders less than Rs.500, service charge will be applicable.

In case of prescribed medicines no home delivery will be confirmed without receiving a copy of the prescription from the customer.

Copy of prescription can be sent via whatsapp/email/app/website.

For OTC (Over the counter) medicines the customers need to give the details over phone/whatsapp.

Home delivery will be available for 6 days a week except during Sundays & public holidays.
